Online Payments Now Accepted

Family Loan Company is now accepting payments on your loan(s) using an online payment method. You can use your Visa or Mastercard to make this payment. We hope this method proves to be convenient and time-saving for you.

Convenience Fee Notice!

When making payments on your account, you have several options to choose from. The first is in-person with cash, check, money order or debit card. The second is by mail with check or money order. Third is through the ACH program where you give us permission to take the payment directly from your bank account on the due date. Fourth is online through your bank's website - select Family Loan Company as payee and put in the amount and account number and it's done. The fifth is through the online portal on our website. This is quicker than going through your bank, but it is more difficult for us due to the service fees involved. When we were setting it up, we didn’t consider fully the expense involved, and it is higher than we expected. We will start adding a convenience fee of $3.00 on the online payments starting March 15th, 2010.
